1. Platform Nature & Scope of Services
SafeDeal.app provides an online listing marketplace enabling users to publish, browse, and discover digital assets, including social media accounts, domain names, websites, SaaS applications, gaming accounts, and digital communities.
SafeDeal.app functions solely as a listing and advertising medium. We do not operate an escrow service, custodial money holding service, or banking facility. Direct agreements, due diligence, and asset transfers occur directly between the buyer and seller.
campaign2. Listing Promotions & Advertising Runs ("Ad Runs")
SafeDeal offers optional promotional listing tools allowing asset sellers to boost the visibility of their listings across the marketplace.
A. Minimum Advertising Budget
The minimum entry budget to run an advertisement or listing boost on SafeDeal is strictly $1.00 USD. This makes promotional reach accessible for listings of all sizes.
B. Duration Packages (3-Day & 7-Day Runs)
Promotional runs are served in structured time-based packages:
- 3-Day Ad Run: Active for 72 continuous hours from the scheduled start timestamp. Includes category-level placement and promoted listing badge.
- 7-Day Ad Run: Active for 168 continuous hours (7 full days). Includes homepage featured placement, top-of-category ranking, and highlighted listing border.
C. Ad Delivery & Active Display
Promotional impressions and placement are served immediately upon review and payment confirmation. Once an ad run begins active delivery, it runs uninterrupted for the selected duration.
3. Payment Processing & Zero Card Storage Policy
All payments for optional listing promotions, ad runs, and platform subscriptions are processed through our authorized Merchant of Record (MoR) partners: Paddle and Polar.
STRICT ZERO CARD STORAGE GUARANTEE:
SafeDeal.app does NOT collect, view, transmit, process, or store credit card numbers, debit card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV security codes on its servers or databases. All payment transactions occur directly within secure, encrypted, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified checkout environments provided by Paddle and Polar.
By purchasing an ad run, you authorize Paddle or Polar to charge your designated payment method for the full agreed amount.
4. Seller Listing Requirements & Prohibited Assets
All users publishing listings on SafeDeal agree that:
- You are the legitimate, authorized owner of the digital asset listed.
- All asset metrics, follower counts, revenues, and traffic figures displayed in the listing are accurate and verifiable.
- You will NOT list stolen accounts, hacked assets, bot-farmed followers, copyright-infringing digital files, or assets involved in unauthorized activity.
- SafeDeal reserves the right to suspend or remove any listing that violates our standards or applicable law without prior notice.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
SafeDeal.app provides the listing platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any third-party listing. Buyers must conduct their own due diligence prior to entering into any transaction or transferring funds.
